We believe in full transparency. Here's everything you need to know about booking, staying, and departing from a Peak & Pine property.
Full payment is collected at the time of booking through the booking platform. All major credit cards are accepted. Rates are displayed in USD and include applicable platform fees.
A refundable security deposit is collected at booking. It is returned within 7 days of checkout, subject to a property inspection. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit.
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in receive a 50% refund. No-shows and cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. All properties feature self check-in via keypad or lockbox — access codes are sent 48 hours before arrival.
Reservations are for the number of guests listed at booking. Unauthorized guests beyond the listed count are not permitted. All guests must be 25 years of age or older to book unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Our Lake Tahoe bungalows are strictly allergen-free and cannot accommodate pets or ESAs due to co-owners and guests with life-threatening allergies. Please inquire about pet-friendly options among our other properties.
All Peak & Pine properties are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is only permitted outside and at a safe distance from the building. Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee charged to the guest.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM at all properties. Please be respectful of neighbors. Excessive noise, parties, or gatherings beyond the booked guest count are not permitted and may result in immediate removal without refund.
Parking information is specific to each property and listed on the individual property page. No street parking is permitted at our South Lake Tahoe properties — driveway or designated off-street parking only. Driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles.
Where a hot tub or shared amenity is provided, guests are responsible for following posted usage rules. Any misuse or damage to amenities will be charged to the guest.
Our properties are intended for the number of guests listed in the booking. Events, parties, or gatherings beyond the listed guest count are not permitted without prior written approval from Peak & Pine.
South Lake Tahoe properties are subject to El Dorado County short-term rental regulations, including Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT), which is collected and remitted on your behalf. No street parking is allowed — driveway parking only. Quiet hours are strictly enforced by local ordinance.
Flathead Valley and Glacier Country properties are subject to Montana short-term rental regulations and applicable local tax requirements. Guests are expected to respect wildlife, fire restrictions, and Leave No Trace principles when accessing nearby public lands.
