This Rustic Cabin has 2 bedrooms (1 master plus 1 "bunkhouse") and a large family backyard with gas grill and outdoor seating. The cabin is very private and quiet with great access to all our town has to offer! Ski, snowshoe, hike & bike just minutes drive from property, endless variety of hiking trails nearby as well as fishing. This is our family cabin that we use many weekends, but rent when we are not using it, so it should have everything you need for a very comfortable stay. This home is newly renovated/remodeled and can sleep up to 8 people in beds. It features a huge backyard that is perfect for outdoor entertaining and summer activities. In the winter, 2 fireplaces (1 gas in living room and 1 electric in bunkhouse) keeps you and your guests nice and toasty. Quiet neighborhood leads to conservancy hiking trail, still close to everything! See some of the best sunsets you will ever experience and then come home to a classic Tahoe cabin with fireplace and large backyard! This is not a pristine luxury estate but it is newly redone, clean, a great value, very comfortable and fully stocked with everything you will need to have a comfortable stay. You will be really close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and the Lake. 4 Miles to Casinos and Nightlife and Summer Concerts 4 Miles to Heavenly Ski Resort 2 Miles to closest Lake Tahoe Marina 2.5 miles to popular Lake Tahoe Beaches 4 miles to the Harvey's Outdoor Summer Concert Series

Best Season
A true four-season cabin. Summer brings lake swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and hiking — plus the Harvey's Outdoor Concert Series just 4 miles away. Winter offers skiing and snowboarding at Heavenly (4 mi), snow sledding, snowshoeing, and snowmachining. Great seasonal rental deals available for week-long and extended stays.
Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed with full en-suite bath. Bedroom 2 (The Bunkhouse): Two large full-sized bunk beds — each with a pull-out twin trundle, sleeping up to 6. The bunkhouse has its own electric fireplace and in-unit washer/dryer. Total sleeps 8 comfortably.

"This is very nice the hut, my children had a lot of fun, the backyard is fenced and very large so it was a safe space for children, we were able to cook at home since they have everything they need in the kitchen. The shops are 8 minutes from the hut, likewise we were very close to downtown Lake Tahoe! Melissa sent us recommendations of places to visit and was also pending in case we needed anything, it was very nice to stay in her hut."
