Seasonal rentals run from late November through late March. Rates are negotiated directly and discounted from our standard nightly rates. Contact us before October — ski season inventory fills early.
A summer on the Tahoe shore.
Spend a summer on the shores of Lake Tahoe — or base yourself in the Flathead Valley for a season of hiking, fishing, and exploring Glacier National Park. Our summer rentals run from June through September with monthly minimums. Remote workers are welcome; high-speed WiFi is standard across all properties.
Long-term rates are negotiated individually based on property, dates, and season. As a general guideline, monthly stays are typically priced at a 20–30% discount from the equivalent short-term rate. Contact us for a custom quote.
All extended stays are governed by a formal rental agreement covering the term, monthly rate, security deposit, guest responsibilities, and house rules. Agreements are signed electronically before check-in.
A refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at signing. The deposit is returned within 14 days of checkout, subject to a property inspection.
